Environmental policy

IRIS management and employees are committed to respecting and protecting the environment. While we comply with the applicable legislation of Switzerland – which is among the most advanced and stringent ones – we are aiming to exceed these laws and strive for continuous improvement.

In practical terms, provisions have been made in our offices to reduce pollution, emissions, waste, and noise. Whenever possible, our staff uses public transport. Ongoing discussions of and education in environmental matters encourage the conscious consumption of raw materials, energy and supplies as well as waste separation and recycling. At least once a year, the status of environmental performance is reviewed, and measures for progress in this area are implemented.
